Application Process
4. What types of jobs and exams do you cover?
We cover SSC, UPSC, Banking, Railways, Defence, State PSCs, Teaching Jobs, and other central/state-level recruitment.
5. Do I need to fill out application forms manually?
No. Once your profile and documents are uploaded, we handle the entire form-filling process for each selected exam or job.
6. How will I know my application has been submitted?
You will get a notification and email with the application confirmation and any reference numbers or admit cards (if available).
7. Can I apply for multiple jobs or exams?
Yes, you can apply for multiple positions. Simply select the ones you’re interested in and pay the respective service fees.
Payments & Refunds
8. What is the service fee and when do I pay it?
A minimal service fee is charged Rs.65/- only per application. It can be paid with Application Fee before submission of any Reqest for online application.
9. Can I get a refund if I change my mind after payment?
If we haven’t submitted your application yet, you may request a cancellation. Refunds will be processed after deduction of processing charges, if applicable.

Yes, we use secure payment gateways with encryption to ensure your payment details are safe.

11. How do I create an account?
Click on the Register button on the homepage, enter your basic details, verify your mobile/email, and set a password.
12. What documents do I need to upload?
Generally required:
– Photograph
– Signature
– Identity Proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
– Qualification Certificates
– Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)
13. Can I update my profile details or documents later?
Yes, you can edit your profile or re-upload updated documents anytime from your Dashboard.

15. My payment failed but money was deducted. What next?
In case of failed payment with money deduction, the amount is usually refunded automatically by the bank within 3–7 days. If not, contact us with the transaction ID.
